Water Resource Engineer
Responsibilities include the preparation of Drainage Studies, Storm Water Quality Reports, Water Distribution System Modeling, Sewer Capacity Studies, and SWPPP's. Other functions include wet utility design, research, responding to plan check corrections, and collaboration with agency staff and peers. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in commercial land development engineering (civil/site design) in California markets, specifically drainage technical reports.
Civil Design Technician
Responsibilities include the preparation of grading and drainage plans, wet utility plans, and street plans using Autodesk Civil 3D. Other functions include research, responding to plan check corrections, and collaboration with agency staff and peers. Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in commercial land development engineering drafting and design (civil/site design) in California markets. Architectural and structural drafters will not be considered.
Assistant Project Manager
Responsibilities include the oversight, coordination, review, and processing of grading and drainage plans, wet utility plans, street improvement plans, and maps. Other functions include research, responding to plan check corrections, and collaboration with agency staff and peers. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in commercial land development engineering (civil/site design) in California markets. Autodesk Civil 3D competency required along with experience preparing civil engineering construction documents and technical studies. Must have familiarity with permit processing through various agencies within California.
Project Engineer
Responsibilities include the design and preparation of grading and drainage plans, wet utility plans, street improvement plans, and technical studies (drainage, stormwater quality, sewer, water distribution). Other functions include research, responding to plan check corrections, and collaboration with agency staff and peers. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in commercial land development engineering (civil/site design) in California markets. Autodesk Civil 3D proficiency is a must. Ability to prepare site development construction documents and technical studies with moderate supervision.
