Our accessibility services include CASp inspections and reports, plan reviews for accessibility compliance, barrier removal recommendations, and consultation during design and construction to ensure your project meets all applicable standards. A CASp inspection can also provide qualified defendant status under California Civil Code, offering meaningful legal protections in the event of an accessibility-related claim. We work closely with our civil engineering and land surveying teams to deliver integrated solutions, so accessibility considerations are addressed seamlessly alongside site design, grading, and improvements rather than as an afterthought.
